About

Mark LaBeau D.O.

As an Osteopathic physician, Dr. LaBeau evaluates whether a patient’s health problem arises more from a metabolic imbalance, musculoskeletal imbalance, or a combination of both. Dr. LaBeau doesn’t just treat symptoms. Instead, he looks for the actual cause of a patient’s problem and begins by treating the underlying issues at the heart of your illness.

Experience That Matters

Dr. LaBeau believes that optimum health starts with a balanced diet and regular exercise and is founded on treating each patient as a whole, rather than merely addressing individual symptoms.
Dr. LaBeau has extensive experience in conventional and holistic medicine. His clinic experiences include:
• Medical Director of the Livingston Medical Center in San Diego providing therapy for cancer patients.
• The Back Pain & Sports Medicine Clinic, a private practice in Chicago.
• The Center for Advanced Medicine
• Urgent Care

Patient-centered
Holistic approach

From a young age, Dr. Mark LaBeau dreamed of being a doctor. Now, board-certified in musculoskeletal medicine and family medicine, he lives out that childhood goal, practicing Osteopathic medicine at the Stengler Center in Encinitas, California. Committed to a patient-centered, holistic approach, Dr. LaBeau provides treatment for a wide range of physical and mental health conditions. This includes: chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, arthritis, diabetes, lower back pain, acid reflux, indigestion, depression, anxiety, and attention deficit disorder (ADD). He also helps cancer patients improve their overall health and well-being.

Dr. LaBeau treatment plans are comprehensive and highly customized, combining elements of osteopathic medicine and holistic medicine such as: chelation therapy, exercise regimes, dietary and lifestyle counseling, osteopathic manipulations, and acupuncture.
Dr. LaBeau earned his doctor of osteopathic medicine degree at Des Moines University. He went on to complete an internship and residency in family medicine and has also studied several modalities of integrative medicine including homeopathy, acupuncture, and nutritional medicine.
